The following document outlines the terms and conditions for the Kaliese website. Terms correct as of 12th April 2024.
Within our terms and conditions, the words “we”, “us”, “our” and “Kaliese” all refer to Kaliese Ltd.
By placing your order, you are deemed to have understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. To register on the site and/or to place an order you must have an email address where we can contact you and a valid UK delivery address.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. The terms that are in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that particular purchase.

Law
The laws applicable to this agreement are the laws of England and Wales.
Severance
If any clause in these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, this will not affect the enforceability of the other clauses within these terms.
Images
The images used on the website are the property of Kaliese or their respective copyright owners. You must not reproduce, modify or distribute these images or any part of these images in any way whatsoever without first having obtained the express permission of the copyright owner.
Your Order
Formation of Contract
A contract is formed between Kaliese and you at the time we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. No contract is formed at the point in time when payment is taken, nor at the point in time that you receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by Kaliese or may be cancelled by you. Offers may be refused or rejected due to operational, legal or commercial reasons. Payment will be refunded to you if your offer is later refused or rejected by Kaliese. Following formation of the contract, Kaliese shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you.
Cancelling your Order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us at enquiry@kaliese.com, stating that you wish to cancel your order and including your name, address and order number. We will then use our best endeavours to cancel the order before goods are sent and to refund you any monies paid. If we receive your cancellation request after the goods are sent or if it is not possible to cancel your order before the goods are sent, please complete a returns form and return the goods to us in their original, new and unused condition within 30 days after the receipt of goods. Only goods returned to us in their original, new and unused state will be eligible for a refund. See the Returns and Refunds section for full details of our returns policy and how to return goods to us.
Prices
All prices shown are inclusive of any value added tax or sales tax. It may occasionally be necessary to alter our prices up or down, including any alterations to the value added tax or sales tax rates. The current price will be shown during checkout when you place your order. The prices shown for our products does not include the delivery charge. The cost of delivery will be shown during checkout where the total amount payable (including delivery and taxes) will be shown.
We may, from time to time, offer savings vouchers. The types of vouchers offered and the terms and conditions for their use are described in the Vouchers section.
Availability
All orders are subject to availability.
Reselling
Products bought from Kaliese may not be commercially resold.
Colours, Measurements and Descriptions
We do everything we can to ensure that the descriptions on our website are accurate, complete and current and that the pictures accurately depict our products.
However, it is important to note that the colours and appearance may vary slightly from the way they appear on your device. Also, measurements given are approximate values used to estimate the fit of a particular item. Further, sizes may vary slightly between production runs. Therefore, the measurements of the final item you receive may vary from those advertised. Of course, if you are not happy with the item you receive, you are welcome to return it as described in the Returns and Refunds section.
It is also possible that, despite our best efforts, information may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. We are not bound by any such information if you realised, or should have realised, that the information was incomplete, inaccurate or out of date.
Delivery Terms
For every order placed we offer the choice of either Royal Mail Tracked 24 or standard delivery. Both are charged at a flat delivery rate. You will be notified of the current rate during checkout. This rate applies irrespective of the size of the order placed. It may from time to time be necessary to withdraw one or more delivery options. If a delivery option is no longer offered, it will not be available when purchasing your goods.
We reserve the right to split large orders into multiple deliveries at our cost. If we split your order, each delivery will be made using the delivery option you chose. We may combine orders into a single delivery when there are multiple orders being sent to the same address. If orders are combined the flat rate delivery charge will not be refunded. Delivery charges paid at the time of purchase will be refunded for returned goods as described in the Returns and Refunds section.
Any specific delivery details will be confirmed at the time you order. Deliveries will not be made on Sundays or Bank holidays.
Whilst we use our best endeavours to satisfy all timescales expressed in this section, this cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Over our busy periods our delivery services may be affected. Failure to meet any of the timescales expressed in this section does not affect the order validity.
Royal Mail Tracked 24
All orders that use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and are received before 3pm will be sent on the same day or, if the order is placed on a weekend or Bank holiday, the next Post Office working day. Orders received after 3pm will be sent the next Post Office working day. The full terms and conditions for the Tracked 24 service are available on the Royal Mail website here. In particular, please note that whilst this service aims to deliver your goods within 24 hours this is not guaranteed.
We reserve the right to use an alternative delivery option. If we do use an alternative delivery option this will be on terms that are substantively the same as Royal Mail Tracked 24 or that are more beneficial to you.
Standard Delivery
Orders that use our standard delivery option will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days from the time the order is received by us.
Free Delivery Offers
Free delivery offers are subject to availability and are described in the Vouchers section. Free delivery and other offer codes remain the property of Kaliese Ltd, are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any other form or used in conjunction with any other offer.
Returns and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days after the receipt of the goods to notify us of your wish to cancel your order. This is followed by a further 14 days to return the goods. We allow slightly longer, accepting returns that are received by us within 30 days of the date they were received by you. Only goods that are returned to us within 30 days and that are in their original, new and unused state will be eligible for a refund. If tags have been removed, we may be unable to process a refund. We therefore strongly recommend that when you first receive your goods you try them on using any hygienic stickers supplied and take care not to damage, soil, wash or alter the goods in any way so that the value of the goods is not reduced. If you have not yet received your goods and/or wish to notify us of your wish to cancel your order please contact us at enquiry@kaliese.com.
To return by post complete and attach the returns form. We will not be able to process your refund without one. Returns forms can be downloaded from the Returns Form page or obtained by contacting enquiry@kaliese.com. We strongly recommend that you request and retain proof of posting for any items returned as we cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage.
We cannot accept substitute or alternative items by way of returns. Please carefully check the items you send to as we are unable to return any substitute or alternative items received. If you return or attempt to return substitute or alternative items, you will still be responsible for paying for the original goods purchased and we may charge you an additional fee of no less than £35 to cover the cost of our investigating the position. Accepting returned goods does not constitute a waiver of our right to charge an investigation fee. For full details of your rights under the Consumer Protection Regulations, please contact your Citizens Advice Bureau or a Solicitor.
Once your returned goods have been received and processed, refunds will be made using the same method originally used for payment. We will contact you to make alternative arrangements if, for whatever reason, it is not possible to refund you using the method originally used. A full refund will be given if we receive the goods in the same condition as they were upon your receipt, we will deduct from your refund any amount corresponding to the diminished value of the item. If you paid by credit/debit card, Paypal or Apple pay, any charges will be deducted from your refund. If you return the whole order the delivery charge paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. You must pay the cost of returning the goods.
Defects
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all products sent out are free from defects, they are sometimes missed. Under consumer protection legislation all products must be free from defects, meaning that they must be fit for purpose, conform with the contract of sale and perform in the same way as products of a similar type.
However, it is important to note that whilst we do everything we can to ensure that the descriptions and pictures on our website are accurate, the colours and appearance may vary slightly from the way they appear on your device. Also, sizes may vary slightly between production runs. Please see the Colours, Measurements and Descriptions section for full details. We do not consider that any of these issues constitute a defective product.
Once a defect is discovered please contact us immediately via email at enquiry@kaliese.com. Any damaged goods and packaging must be retained in case inspection is required by our carriers. Depending on the nature of the defect we may ask you to either email us photos of the goods and/or return the goods to us. For any item deemed defective, and depending on the nature of the defect, we will either offer you a replacement item and/or a partial or total refund. If it is not possible to offer you an identical replacement item we will always offer you a choice of a similar item or a total refund.
If you notice the defect within 30 days after the date you received the goods, you may choose to use our Returns and Refunds procedure. Please note on the returns form the nature of the defect.
Vouchers
Kaliese may, from time to time, issue savings vouchers to our customers. In order to redeem vouchers from Kaliese, the recipient must have a valid email address and have an account with Kaliese. Vouchers are issued at the sole discretion of Kaliese. Unless stated otherwise, all vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person to whom they were issued. Receipt of one voucher does not confer any rights to subsequent vouchers. Vouchers may be withdrawn by Kaliese at any time without notice. Customers who break the terms and conditions under which vouchers are offered may be barred from using the Kaliese website and will be liable for the full value of any goods obtained minus any monies already paid.
To obtain any discount offered, vouchers must be entered on the Kaliese website during checkout.
Nothing in these terms restricts a customer’s rights to delete their account with Kaliese. Whilst deleting an account does not affect any previous discounts obtained it will stop customers from applying any further discounts until such time as a new account is created.
20% Off your First Order
When you subscribe to our newsletter for the first time you will be sent a voucher code to obtain 20% off the cost of your first order with Kaliese. This offer applies to the total price of all goods purchased and not to the delivery charges. The voucher code must be entered during checkout. If the voucher code is not entered, we regret that we are unable to retrospectively apply any discounts. This voucher code is non transferable and may only be used by the person who subscribed to our newsletter.
Customer Ratings and Reviews
The following Terms of Use govern your conduct and use of the Customer Ratings and Review service offered by Kaliese (the “CRR Service”). In the event of any conflict between our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Use will take precedence in respect of the CRR Service.
By submitting any content to the CRR Service, you represent and warrant that:

- You are the sole original author and have not copied the content from any third party;

- All content posted is accurate;

- Any use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms of Use and will not cause injury to any person or entity.
You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

- That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading;

- That infringes any third party’s copyright, trademark, or privacy;

- That is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, racially or religiously biased or offensive, contains obscene language, or is threatening or harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation;

- That includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers; or
-
- That contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
Upon submitting any content, you grant Kaliese a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.
All content submitted by you may be used at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content that we deem, in our sole discretion, to violate these Terms of Use. We do not guarantee that you will have any recourse through Kaliese to edit or delete any content you have submitted. We reserve the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you, not Kaliese, are responsible for the contents of your submission.
None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of Kaliese, its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners or third-party service providers and their respective directors, officers and employees.
By submitting your email address in connection with your rating and review, you agree that Kaliese and its third-party service providers may contact you about the status of your review and for other administrative purposes.
