01. Our Swimwear?

What do you mean by “luxury” swimwear?

In simple terms, luxury swimwear refers to products that are made using superior quality materials to cheaper alternatives. These superior quality materials are smoother and softer against your skin so that they don’t chafe and itch. Luxury swimwear holds its colour for longer, rather than noticeably fading after the first wash. Luxury swimwear also has a better cut so that it looks as good on real people as it does on models. Finally, luxury swimwear holds its shape for longer than cheaper products so that it will continue to fit better for longer.

Where is it made?

All our swimwear is made in Brazil. We import from our Brazilian suppliers and sell direct to you.

How do I choose the right size?

Please use our size charts to find the right size for you. All our swimwear is extremely stretchy and so, if you are between sizes, we would generally recommend getting the smaller size. Of course, it is not always possible to get the right size every time, so if you do find your outfit is too small or too large just let us know and we will gladly exchange it for you.

02. My Order

Can I use coupons/promo codes?

Sign up for our newsletter and you will automatically receive a coupon for 20% off your first order. Plus, we will email you with details of any other promotional discounts and offers that we have. Just enter your coupon code at the checkout to receive your discount.

Can you delivery to my work address?

We can deliver to any UK address you supply.

How can I find my order details?

If you log on to your account on our website you can view all your past (and present) order details. For further information just send as an email and we will be glad to help.

Can I cancel/change my order?

Yes, you can cancel or change your order before it is shipped. Just get in touch with us and let us know.

03. Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Depending upon when you place your order we typically despatch your order either the same day or the next day. All orders are sent via Royal Mail and so you should receive your order in about 2-3 days after you place it. For urgent orders please feel free to get in touch and we will see what we can do.

I didn’t receive my order, what should I do?

Firstly, don’t panic! The post isn’t always as efficient as we expect it to be. It is possible your order will still turn up in a day or two. If your order still hasn’t arrived then get in touch so we can find out where it is and resolve the issue quickly.

Can I change the shipping address?

If you realise you have entered the wrong shipping details then please get in touch asap. If the order hasn’t been shipped yet we can change the details for you. Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped we cannot change the address but if you contact the post office they may still be able to forward or redirect the package to you.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

Can I return/exchange items?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. Provided you return the item to us in the same condition you received it you can have a full refund or exchange your product for a different size. Just fill out our returns and exchanges form and send it back to us with your items.

How can I make a complaint?

We certainly hope you will never need to make a complaint, but if you do please email your complaint to enquiry@kaliese.com and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
